The Sunshine Tribe

(Babies 3mths- walkers)

These classes will be small, intimate and a very nurturing environment for both adult and baby, the atmosphere will be friendly, promoting enjoyment and confidence in interacting and learning with our babies. Each session will provide stimulation of touch, movement and rhythm, as well as getting the benefit of deep relaxation. The sequences encourage flexibility and bring balance and harmony to the body systems. All of these movements help to support baby’s development, strengthening the physical body and enhancing flexibility. Babies are able to play with sensory toys and explore the studio’s environment with ease and comfort.


 

The Little Chiefs

(Preschool 2-5 yrs)

The Yogi Tribe provides a fun and engaging experience for children to playfully move their bodies. With easy-to-remember names, coupled with lots of creative movements, imitating nature and animals, and nurturing both the body and mind.  The program teaches strength, balance, breathing, focus, and yes, even some calming techniques along with the fun!  Kids Yoga has tons of health benefits–but all your children will know is how much they enjoy moving and stretching!  Set to music, and with the help of fun books, props, crafts and games, your children’s imaginations will come to life and they will love “playing” yoga


 

The Rainbow Tribe

(Kids 5-9 yrs)

As we grow, we dive into more in depth classes looking at staying longer and creating active yoga sequences together, lots of energizing music, yoga-inspired games, mindfulness, and relaxation.

Plenty of smiles, laughter and fun is guaranteed in every class.

Just like our preschool classes our sessions inspire creativity and imagination; we go on adventures exploring our world & beyond while we weave our yoga poses into our journeys. We play, we use our imagination, we include fun props & music to help strengthen our bodies & enhance concentration & focus. We use tools such as drama & games to help convey our theme for each class. Yoga is a great resource for school age children, teaching self-regulating tips and emotional intelligence. Positive ways to reduce stress and frustration through breathing and relaxation techniques. Building resilience in our children is an important tool in helping our children navigate tough situations.


 

The Storm Tribe

(Preteens 9-13 yrs)

These classes allow teens to experience their world beyond just the physical realm of day to day life. Social Concepts will be introduced into classes, learning such skills as stress management techniques, peer work, acrobatics, acro-yoga, other circus arts, dance, and drama. Relaxation will be a huge focus, allowing teenagers to be in the present, listen to their body and be guided through some beautiful mindful and meditative relaxations.

 

The Mountain Tribe

(Adults 18 yrs and above)

These classes are for adults of the young at heart…..
The classes are very relaxing, slow and giggles are always had. Yin is a practice where poses are held for longer periods of time, we discover the power of turning on our parasympathetic nervous system allowing us to calm and still the mind and the body. Maximum 7 people to class, they are intimate, warm, calming and enjoyed by all.
